June 27, 2010 BAH!! It's been so long! But I've been in a slump. The staffing agency hasn't found anything, McDonalds REJECTED me, and I might have to get a NON PAYING internship with a good company. The company is good, the best where we are...but it's sad that my only chance now is to get an internship and HOPE they like me, and HOPE they hire me...or else it will be a waste, except to look good my resume. Or...as my little brother put it "mom has given up on you because you are lazy and can't get a job. So this is her last resort for you.". He says this so high and mighty because McDonald's hired him and he has a JOB! *throws confetti*. WTF-ever! June 3, 2010 Still nothing from the staffing place. Not much I can do about that really. Had a pretty lazy day today...I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already! This week flew by! Under a severe thunderstorm warning for the next few hours or so. Joy... June 2, 2010 Called staffing agency again today. They don't have anything available right now. I have to have faith that they will come through for me with a decent job before next Monday. But this work week ends on Friday! That's only two more days! Things aren't looking up. Looks like I'm destined to work at McDonalds. On the plus side I heard a guy behind me in line making a "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" reference when he saw an InTouch Magazine. June 1, 2010 Called McDonalds again today, have an interview set up for next Monday. This gives me all week to pray and pray and pray that the staffing agency will find me a job before next monday. Best wishes to me! Went and bought some supplies for sandwiches and ate one. I'll be eating sandwiches and ramen for the rest of the week....I really need a job. On the plus side I watched more CTFxC today! Yay!! May 31,2010 Had a dilema. I'm working with a staffing agency to try and find me a decent job that I could be good at. But before I found out about the staffing agency, I applied as a last resort to McDonalds. They call saying they want to set up an interview. I call today...the manager is already gone. WTF?! Since when does the manager leave on a holiday? But oh well, I left a message. This is my first day with my in site blog! I really really hope that my (very few) viewers will like and appreciate this little step closer to Sephron! Things are going well right now. I'm trying to find a job, and I hope to get one very soon.
